APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the BLNKZ Exchanges Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on blnkz.com.
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on blnkz.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address.
- Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
- Once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check, and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
- Estimated delivery of all exchange queries falls between 7–10 working days.
- If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will exchange it for another product or issue a gift card which can be availed at either of our 4 stores or on your next online purchase.
- For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.

All pending queries will be resolved within 24 hours.
30-Day Product Issue Review
We offer a 30-day review period for garment issues like:
- Colour bleeding
- Print cracks
- Finishing flaws
If reported within 30 days of purchase, we’ll arrange a pickup and resolve it.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
Exchange/Return of Products
You may initiate an exchange/return request if:
- (a) Product does not fit
- (b) Product or shipping package is damaged
- (c) Product is defective
- (d) Parts/accessories are missing
Conditions for valid return/exchange:
- Product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
- Brand tags, original packaging, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
- Product is not altered unless a vendor defect.
- Return is initiated against the correct order and matches our records.
- Product is free from odour, stains, tears, dents, or scratches.
- If bought as a set, the entire set must be returned.
- Products must be in unused, unwashed, and saleable condition.
- Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse logistics partners.
Upon receipt of your return request on blnkz.com and its acknowledgment by us, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule pickup.
We reserve the right to reject the return/exchange request if the conditions are not met.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLY IF YOU TAKE YOUR CHANCE.
BLIND BOXES ARE RANDOM. YOU MIGHT RECEIVE A PRODUCT YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON BLIND BOX.

By placing an order for a Blind Box, the customer agrees to:
- Blind Box purchases are final and non-cancellable.
- Contents are random and undisclosed prior to shipment.
- You may receive duplicates of past purchases.
- This is a surprise product — by purchasing, you accept the chance factor.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds unless product is damaged or defective.
- In such a case, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at ordersupport@blnkz.com with photos and order details.
- Blnkz reserves the right to evaluate and offer an appropriate resolution.
