You’ll only make genuine, lawful purchases (no fraudulent or speculative orders).
You’re at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
All contact details you provide (email, phone, shipping address) are correct so we can reach you when needed.
Products on our site are invitations to buy, not final offers. A contract is formed once we confirm shipment via email.
We reserve the right to verify authenticity of any order via call/email before shipping.
If we can’t fulfill an order (due to stock, logistics, or other issues), we’ll notify you and refund prepaid payments promptly (refunds issued via BLNKZ Wallet for cancellations).
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (via our Returns Portal).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Refunds are processed as BLNKZ Wallet credits or gift cards (exceptions apply for defective/wrong products).
No returns on customized items or final sale products.
Standard shipping timelines: 3–7 business days (India).
A ₹50 charge applies for orders below ₹2,500.
International duties (if any) are borne by the customer.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, your order will be returned to us and refunded as BLNKZ Wallet credit.
Payments are accepted in INR via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets) or Cash on Delivery (COD fees may apply).
Payment details are processed via secure gateways – we do not store card information.
Refunds are processed only to your original method of payment or BLNKZ Wallet (per policy).
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We’re not responsible for indirect losses (income, data, etc.) unless required by law.
All content, visuals, and designs on BLNKZ.com remain the property of BLNKZ. Use is only permitted for personal shopping, not for reproduction or commercial use.
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
